Hey! I’m Beau the guy behind Formerly Techless.

I started this because I kept seeing awesome people (especially older folks) being handed shiny new phones or tablets… and then totally left in the dark on how to actually use them. The tech world moves fast, and not everyone had a chance to grow up with it. That’s where I come in.

I help people learn to use their smartphones and tablets iPhones, Samsung’s, iPads, all of it without the tech jargon, the eye-rolls, or the "just Google it" advice. Whether it’s sending a message, joining a video call, resetting a password, or finally figuring out where your photos went I make it make sense.

I offer one-on-one coaching, easygoing group classes, and bite-sized “mini services” like device setups, check-ins, or app cleanups. Everything I do is built on patience, plain language, and good humour. (And yes, we print handouts. I’ve got your back.)
